condition. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please follow the

the following:
○ Your order number
○ A description of the issue
○ Clear photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging
● We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, provide a replacement if the damage is
confirmed to have occurred prior to delivery.
● Usage of the product is clients responsibility

3. Order Issues and Incorrect Shipments
If you believe you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order details and clear photos of the product received. We will work with you to
resolve the issue promptly.
4. Final Sale Items

All products sold on DyJudaica.com are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or
returns.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the
carrier. For assistance, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
